Our Winemaker

I met Nick Elliott at the 2012 Hospice du Rhone weekend and was immediately impressed with his wines’ bold, yet elegant flavors.  Nick learned winemaking from mentors who are some very well respected and known winemakers.  I have enjoyed Nick’s wines from his winery Nicora in Tin City over the years.  When it came time to go commercial with my little vineyard in the Malibu Coast, Nick was on the top of my short list of winemakers who I thought that I would work well with and who would fashion the style of bold, yet elegant wines that I like to drink.
